Six of us stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. Communication was excellent before we arrived and the hotel even told us good local restaurants to eat on the night we arrived. Check in was excellent, efficient and very friendly. All the staff were so helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. There was tea and coffee in the room. The location is brilliant, a few minutes walk from either Trocedero or Victor Hugo metro stations. However, from the hotel you can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc De Triomphe. The area also has many wonderful cafes and restaurants, which again the hotel would recommend if required. What made this hotel are the staff. They are super helpful and friendly always have a smile on their face :) I must make a special mention for Adel , he was excellent and really made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him , he is a true star of the hotel. Thank you!

We just returned home from a wonderful stay in Paris and the Hotel Palais De Chaillot! We stayed here for 3 x nights, 2 rooms next to each other on the 4th floor. We arrived midday on saturday and was greeted by the most lovely, helpful, welcoming gentleman (so so sorry, I wish I caught his name!) 1 of our rooms was ready....excellent! Hotel is lovely, rooms great, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and perfectly hot shower. Breakfast was plenty to choose from, the orange juice was a winner for me haha absoloutly loved it! So many shops, cafes, restaurants in the bustling area, Eiffel Tower you can see from the bottom of the road literally 5 mins away, arc de triumph and many other attractions a leisurely 20 min stroll. This was our 1st time in Paris and just loved every second of it, we cannot wait to come back and stay with you guys again! Thank you for everything, Merci!

Clean, quiet, great air conditioning, block out curtains, loved the fact you could open the French doors to the balconette to take a look and hear Paris but could also close them for again for quiet and cool sleeping. Family rooms were great. Staff at reception are attentive, friendly and provide great service and communication. Fabulous location, close to a few metro stations, easy walk to Eiffel Tower and Trocadero, lots of lovely restaurants nearby, The Reserve is outstanding for pastries, coffee, cheese and good service. Supermarket (Monop) is nearby and has everything you need.

The property itself may not be as large, and the towels may not be as fluffy. The exceptional was its staffs who made us feel like going back home. it’s the hospitality business at its best. Rudy and Charlottes, just to name a couple, were fun, helpful, and professional. All of them made our trip to France a memorable one. this could only happen when folks enjoy what they do, or is this just a part of the long running French culture ? We’ll be back, as you’ve inspired us on a different level. that’s the meaning of traveling.

The staff are exceptional , very friendly and can’t do enough to help. The staff give great recommendations on where to eat and how to get around Paris. A perfect location , close to two metro stations and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean and tidy rooms and hotel. A nice continental breakfast with plenty of choice and complimentary drinks in the afternoon. Cannot say enough about this hotel and staff , we will definitely be returning.
